Questions

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal. We kindly request that you wear elegant attire. Bring your best. Do not wear jeans. Do not wear white. No sneakers. The wedding party will be wearing dark green dresses (ladies) and gray suits (men).

Ladies: Longer dresses. Colours are encouraged as this is a summer wedding. The ceremony will be on the grass. You can wear flats/sandals/heels. Stilettos might be hard to walk on in the grass.

Men: Please wear a dress shirt and dress pants and dress shoes. You are encouraged to wear a suit jacket and a tie/bowtie. Please do not wear jeans. All colours except white are encouraged.

***If you are unsure on what to wear or want to share please message the bride. She can't wait to see what everyone will be wearing.***

What time is the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:15PM. You may come as early as 3:45PM to access the venue and see Fish Creek Park before the ceremony.

Where is the wedding venue?

The wedding will take place at Bow Valley Ranche, Fish Creek Provincial Park, Calgary, AB. 15979 Bow Bottom Trail SE, Calgary, AB T2J 5E8

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue. Vehicles may be left overnight if needed.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a plus one, you are welcome to bring a guest. Please RSVP for both you and your guest.

When should guests select their meal choices?

Please fill out the meal selection form no later than May 14. Please select the Meal selection tab to access the form.

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Please select the Registry tab on this site to take you to our gift registry.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony and the cocktail hour will take place on the lawn at the Ranche. Please keep in mind that thin heels may not be ideal for that reason.

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

We ask that guests do not take pictures during the ceremony. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take pictures during the cocktail hour and reception.
